    Wonderful class for beginners. Gentle stretches and exercises adapted from the traditional Chinese practice of Qigong (energy work), reduce fatigue, improve concentration, and promote healing. All movements may be done either sitting or standing.

In addition to the classic Zumba combination of cardio, muscle conditioning, and flexibility, Zumba Gold includes an extra emphasis on exercises to improve and maintain balance.
