Release and relax with gentle yoga. No experience needed. All are welcome. Mat-based class with modifications for all bodies.
Each class is designed around the needs of the students - so bring your tight shoulders, painful low back, stressed-out self and leave refreshed and renewed.

Gentle class releases tension and improves your range of motion.

Safely get stronger, confident, and more fit. Class is personalized around your injuries, illnesses, and issues. If you want to learn how to lift but don’t know where to start, this class will put you on the right path.

Mighty Yoga W/F 10:00am

Find strength and resilience as you reduce unhealthy movement patterns and then build a stable foundation to get stronger.
As your body gets stronger you can layer on more challenge and continue to move better and without pain.
Improve strength, balance, and posture.
We use resistance bands, body weight, and dumbbells to build bone density and get stronger.

Magic Sunshine Saturday Yoga - 8:00am

Join Dawn’s 45-minute yoga class that has a bit of sunshine sprinkled in to warm you up, wake you up, and build enough strength for you to sparkle and shine.
This is a class where we challenge ourselves (just enough) to get stronger legs, glutes, arms, and abs; play with balance; cool down with delicious stretches; and end with Savasana.
Strength-based, non-flowing yoga class with functional movements, resistance work, and FUN!

You’ll be out by 9am and will have plenty of time to get to the Farmer’s Market and grab a coffee at Sullivan Taylor’s.
