    Ready to release and unwind? This is the class for you. No experience needed. All are welcome. Mat-based class with lots of modifications.

    Each class is designed around the needs of the students - so bring your tight shoulders, painful low back, stressed-out self and leave refreshed and renewed.

    Slow down and stretch. Relax deeply. Maybe laugh a little. Sleep better!

    Gentle class releases tension and improves your range of motion.

    Let go and find calm through deep stretches, breath, and stillness.

    Safely get stronger, confident, and more fit. Class is personalized around your injuries, illnesses, and issues. If you want to learn how to lift but don’t know where to start, this class will put you on the right path.
