Release and unwind with somatic yoga. No experience needed. All are welcome. Mat-based class with modifications for all bodies.
Each class is designed around the needs of the students - so bring your tight shoulders, painful low back, stressed-out self and leave refreshed and renewed.

Safely get stronger, confident, and more fit. Class is personalized around your injuries, illnesses, and issues. If you want to learn how to lift but don’t know where to start, this class will put you on the right path.

As your body gets stronger you can layer on more challenge and continue to move better and without pain.

We use resistance bands, body weight, and dumbbells to build bone density and get stronger.
