Massage Therapy

Adrea Mignon Craft, LMT has been practicing bodywork and massage for 25 years and is excited to work with the Free Range Yoga patrons! She is classically trained in many modalities, and specializes in deep massage techniques that address postural imbalances and for pain remediation. She recently became a certification candidate for Zero Balancing, an fully clothed energetic modality that works on the foundational joints of the skeleton to induce somatic responses within the surrounding soft tissue.

Modalities include:

Deep Massage, Sports Massage (pre/post event), Pre-Natal Massage, Zero Balancing, Classic Swedish (relaxation), Cupping, Kinesio Taping, Reflexology (Foot/Hand acupressure), and Chair Massage.

All sessions are individually tailored to each person and their preferences.

Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that involves gentle laying of hands to channel healing life force energy. You'll relax deeply, release stagnant and negative energy and give your body, mind, and spirit space to heal.

• Body, Mind, Spirit Reiki: 60 minute sessions with 40-45 minutes of Reiki and time to pause and rest before you have to rush off. $80 for one session or $310 for 4 weekly or bi-weekly sessions

• Single 20 minute Reiki Mental Reprogramming session - $30, in studio and on Zoom - distance Reiki.

• July Special - Reiki Mental Reprogramming Full Protocol - 8 sessions for $150 (regular price is $300.) In studio and on Zoom - distance Reiki.
