    If you’re like many people, you might not even realize how negative a lot of your thoughts are - but the good news is that you can start to change this pattern!

    Join us for this amazing Reiki session to reprogram your thoughts, release old, negative patterns and create space for new ones so you can be your best. You will move forward and build energy for the life you want.

    Group class is in person at the studio. I also offer private sessions via distance healing through Zoom.

    This is intentionally a small group setting of 5 so everyone will receive Reiki for them specifically.

    Try Chair Fitness & Dance class

    Wednesday July 29th or Friday July 31st

    11:15am to 12:00pm

    Your first class is free, 2nd class is $20

    Try Tanya’s chair-based core strengthening, balance, agility, muscle toning, and dance inspired movement class. Great music, laughter, and an energetic atmosphere that makes fitness fun.

    Chair Fitness & Dance starts in August and will meet every Wednesday and Friday 11:15am to 12:00pm. For the 8-class session for August, it will be $88.

Pick your free class on either Wednesday, July 29th or Friday, July 31st from 11:15am to 12:00pm. If you wish to try the class a second time that week, you can! Just pay the $20 drop-in rate.

    AJ fell in love with dance by the age of five, taking ballet classes through college, and was certified in Zumba in 2010 and Belly Dance Fitness in 2013. In high school, she studied ballet and jazz with the Bonnie Haney Dance Company in Fargo, North Dakota, later expanding her dance repertoire with swing and belly dance lessons in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

    After working as the YMCA’s Director of Gymnastics and Fitness she started her own business: Poeller-Schmidt Gymnastic & Athletic Events.

    She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and holds gymnastics certifications through the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and USA Gymnastics (USAG).
