I help you find balance, strength, and flexibility for long-lasting change. Challenge yourself without pain so you can grow without depleting yourself.
Yoga is different for everyone due to age, body size, physical issues, injuries, etc., so I give options so you can be successful in the body you’re in. You don’t have to be flexible (or fit) to do yoga. (That will come as you practice consistently.)
I teach group classes, private sessions, and private yoga and Yoga Therapy session so you can find the right practice whether you’re a beginner or high level athlete and whether you’re healthy or healing.
I have been practicing and teaching yoga since 2000. I taught yoga at the WIU Spencer Recreation Center for 6 years and 2 years through the Kinesiology Department. I opened Free Range Yoga and Community Wellness Center in 2013.
