    Zumba Gold

    $20 for the month, 2 sessions

    A dance party that delivers a total workout, Zumba spices up interval-style fitness routines with moves and rhythms from Latin and World cultures. Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity, easier-to-follow version of the standard Zumba class, perfect for new dancers, older adults, and anyone who enjoys dancing and world music. In addition to the classic Zumba combination of cardio, muscle conditioning, and flexibility, Zumba Gold includes an extra emphasis on exercises to improve and maintain balance. Modifications are available for all fitness levels. What to bring: Comfortable clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle.

  • NEW! Wake Up and Dance

    Tuesday and Thursday mornings - 8:00am

    30 minutes

    $20 for the month, 4 sessions

    *Class begins August 19th

    *Available in studio & Zoom

    Ease into your morning with this 30-minute class.  We'll start out with some great stretching on the floor followed by a gentle dance warm-up, a 15-minute dance routine, and a cool down with more stretching. Very beginner-friendly, with modification options for all experience levels. Attend via Zoom or in person. 

    What to bring: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, a yoga mat (if you have one), and supportive shoes (or dance barefoot, if you prefer).

  • Belly Dance

    Belly Dance

    $20 for the month, 2 sessions

    *No class on 8/6 or 8/13

    Available in studio & Zoom

    Drop in for $15

    Wednesdays 5:30pm
    60 minute class

    The perfect balance of cardio and core, each class combines muscle isolation exercises and Middle-Eastern-style movements into a fun dance routine. This class is great for beginners and offers modifications for every fitness level. What to bring: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, a hip scarf, if you have one. You may choose to dance barefoot, or wearing socks or flexible shoes. The instructor brings a limited number of hip scarves for students to borrow.
