    Group Fitness - August

    Monday/Wednesdays 5:00-6:30pm

    ALL NEW TIME:

    Group fitness is for you!

    It is for you, your time, and your capabilities. The class is designed so you can work at your own pace with a leisurely start time. The earliest one can start is 5:00pm and class ends no later than 6:30pm. It takes most people an average of 45 minutes to 1 hour to get the workout done, but modifications can be made based on individuals needs.

    The class allows us to support one another in a social setting while working towards mutual goals. 

    $80 for the month
