    Group fitness is for you!

    It is for you, your time, and your capabilities. The class is designed so you can work at your own pace. It takes most people an average of 45 minutes to 1 hour to get the workout done, but modifications can be made based on individuals needs.

    The class allows us to support one another in a social setting while working towards mutual goals.
