Balance and Gravity

So many folks have issues with balance.

This section will help you gain physical and mental/emotional strength and balance. As you are in a balance position and get challenged, notice where your thoughts are. See if you can treat yourself with kindness and breathe. Be in the moment. In your body. In your posture.

If you have an issue with falling, be sure to practice near a wall or use something solid to hold onto. Be safe!
