Balance & Strength is designed to help you feel steady, strong, and confident in your body. Workouts are structured to challenge your coordination and strengthen major muscle groups, with modifications always available so you can move at your own pace. Each class includes a mix of lower body, balance, and core stability exercises.
This class is for everyone, with benefits that support daily activities like walking, climbing stairs, and preventing falls, as well as fitness goals such as improving stability for lifting, workouts, and recreational activities.
