Gentle Yoga Flow

I will personally donate half of the proceeds of this class to the shelter!

Our shelter is so full they can't accept any additional cats or dogs. So let's raise funds and awareness!
Join me (Dawn) this Saturday for a gentle flowing yoga class (sweet, slow, and lots of modifications) to help raise funds to help at least get one cat ($50) and one dog ($145) adopted.

Group Violet Flame and Reiki Healing with Yoga Stretches
Saturday August 9th

Go from frazzled to peaceful as you pull the fragments of yourself back together.
Session will start with a brief explanation of the transformational energy of the Violet Flame and Reiki and inviting the Divine and our helpers and guides in.
We will center with 10 minutes of gentle yoga and breathing and then experience this transformational healing to release blockages, cleanse negative energy, and promote healing.
This is a practice Dawn has created and uses for herself.
Get ready to feel love in action. She cannot wait for you to experience this love and peace for yourself.

AJ fell in love with dance by the age of five, taking ballet classes through college, and was certified in Zumba in 2010 and Belly Dance Fitness in 2013. In high school, she studied ballet and jazz with the Bonnie Haney Dance Company in Fargo, North Dakota, later expanding her dance repertoire with swing and belly dance lessons in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
