AJ fell in love with dance by the age of five, taking ballet classes through college, and was certified in Zumba in 2010 and Belly Dance Fitness in 2013. In high school, she studied ballet and jazz with the Bonnie Haney Dance Company in Fargo, North Dakota, later expanding her dance repertoire with swing and belly dance lessons in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Deeply relaxing class that combines stretching, functional movement, and somatic yoga movements.
Move and feel better. Leave, feeling lighter and less stressed.
Class uses a mat, but we don’t get up and down from the floor repeatedly. Can't kneel? Standing or seated options for postures are given. Another issue? Many other modifications are offered to help you be successful.
